mixed feelings about this stay.
worn furniture limited options
the location was pretty good, central to everything i needed.
The room felt smaller than advertised, and some of the furniture looked a bit worn. breakfast was not included. I received a voucher for a nearby cafe, but the options were quite limited. also, i found the staff a bit indifferent.

elevator proximity constant noise
the hotel has a fantastic location (close to everything!).
I was given a room right across from the elevator. there was constant noise outside my door, it kept me awake. i would have liked a better room. It was the worst room i have ever stayed in.

great location fresh fruit helpful staff crowded reception slow lift limited seating
the location worked well, particularly for theatre visits. fresh fruit and water were provided in the room at no extra cost. the staff were helpful .
i found the reception area small and often crowded. the lift was slow, and there was only one for the whole hotel. i wasn't impressed with breakfast as it was in a nearby cafe with limited seating.
